1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AceFlow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Services Description
AceFlow provides a B2B SaaS automation and AI CRM platform designed for enterprise excellence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to ensure peak performance and market alignment.
3. Account & Eligibility
Services are restricted to business entities operating within the UK and EU. Users must provide accurate corporate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All fees are billed in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed. We operate on enterprise invoicing cycles. Failure to settle invoices within agreed terms may result in service suspension. Fees are non-refundable except where required by English law.
5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
Platform use is limited to lawful business operations. All AceFlow proprietary code, AI models, and UI designs are the intellectual property of ACE CONSUMER ESSENTIALS LTD. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the CRM.
6. Data Protection & Security
AceFlow is fully GDPR compliant. We implement robust, enterprise-grade security measures to protect UK and EU client data. Detailed data processing protocols are outlined in our dedicated Privacy Policy.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought before the competent courts situated in England.
